EDITING

Being a writer sometimes means that you are asked to edit, lead, train and mentor other writers. I’ve done this work at Southwest News Media, Patch, the St. Cloud Times, the Winona Daily News and The Minnesota Daily and the St. Cloud State University Chronicle (I completed my generals at that school for two years before transferring to the University of Minnesota). I also worked as an editor for quarterly business magazine ROI Central Minnesota (where I also edited an economic report by economics professors), women’s publication Savvy Magazine, as well as auto magazines Fender Bender and Ratchet + Wrench. Unfortunately, with the state of the media industry, some of these publications have closed, so links are not available.
